My dream career is to work for the military as a deployment readiness coordinator. I want to be able to help families in the military navigate the challenges that come from a deployment, especially when they are stationed in overseas military bases. As a deployment coordinator I would be in close partnership with unit commanders, service members and their families to provide all the information and resources that they need to make sure the service member, their family members and the command have a successful deployment.
I feel that the years that I spent as a military, and the passion that I have to help people have the best life they can have together with my human relations bachelors, I will be a good fit for this career. I will not only bring the educational knowledge on how to best help the service member and their families to create a safe environment where they can thrive, but also I will bring my personal experience as a military spouse and the many deployments that we went through as a family.
