Hi! My name is Brenna Posey and I am receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and a minor in General Business in May of 2021. Choosing OU was not difficult, but that is not the same story for choosing my major. Through talks with mentors, professors, and exploring other majors, I found that Human Relations was the best fit for me. Some of my values include being a voice for the voiceless, building relationships with all different types of people, and showing empathy to not only those who need it, but to everyone. Those values aligned perfectly with all of my Human Relations classes and my professors. While attending The University of Oklahoma, I was involved in my sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta, as well as Campus Activities Council. I served as the Development Vice Chair for University Sing, as well as performed in University Sing and many Sooner Scandals shows. Can’t forget about all the OU football games! Boomer!
My biggest passion is people. I love my friends and family and value each minute I get with them. Secondly, I love going on drives & walks, dancing, cooking, and traveling. However, at my core, I believe my purpose is to serve others while building The Kingdom. “The Kingdom of God advances amongst friends” is something that I try to live by.
